I got so good at this I could always get the time needed to beat the Penquin with 120 power stars (I SWEAR TO GOD I HATE RAINBOW ROAD IN THIS GAME I REALLY REALLY DO, AND TICK TOCK CLOCK CAN DIE!!!!!) @MariotheBRAWLPRO that one took me three days to complete. You just had to make sure you stayed ahead of it till the end. I took a small shortcut to get a good lead but you can;t stray too far from it.

@MariotheBRAWLPRO That is because it's event based, certain conditions must be met, they are unknown, unspecified, and completely annoying for it. I remember trying over and over and over untill by shear dumb luck rolling down in just the right angle and speed and coordinates it just happened. Trial and error + Persistance is win, but it's not worth the effort :/ Spposed to be fun, well fun is seeing the guy melt , lose friction due to hiw own drizzl and see him slide off a cliff!

In hazy maze cave (stage) go to the very bottom part with the dinosaur swimming around a smal island. On the far wall, theres a ledge with a door. Ride the dino to it and jump from its head onto the ledge and through the door. This leads to a sublevel which unlocks metal mario. Now go have fun with him =P
