Wow!!! What a great idea. Christmas should be the greatest time of celebration for all believers but most of our churches are dark and unattractive. This is an awesome way to stand out and proclaim the good news to all. It makes me wanna drive from Wisconsin to come and see it, Great work everyone.

I wonder how many starving, freezing children we could have fed, clothed, and sheltered with the amount of money that was spent on this light show...

@Ryan9145X none, as there was no money spent on the show in that all of the equipment was on loan for free.

@Ryan9145X You should also know that tonite and tomorrow there are over 100 youth members of the church that are fasting for 30 hours to raise money for those who are less fortunate this holiday season. This church is an amazing example of exceptional people doing God's work week after week!

To answer your question, $1 will feed and care for a child for a whole day. Considering the estimate that a child under the age of 5 dies every 8-12 seconds from causes related to hunger, I'd say you're passion is on the right track!

What a surprise to see this outdoor -- free -- light show on this beautiful church building! I gotta drive by and see it every night till Christmas Eve! Can't wait to tell my friends! How do they do this?
