right but it is quite possible that Shanmugapriya and Gowrimanohari can be fitted into C Minor with few foreign notes which is allowed in Western Classical

thanks for the info..till now , I was under the impression that western classical is also practised the way as carnatic music where altering the swara or notes changes the raga.. this is a good learning .. thanks a lot..

I would urge you to post ur comments to Raja songs with thier ragas and thier counterpart in western classical.. It will be really useful to all music lovers like us
