hey petrie i got a video related to this its the speed modifier in oot and i found 2 glitches using it i was wondering if you coud check it out and/or can you make a video of the glitches in better quality if you can get the speed modifier and levitate code. btw i used the virtual console with gecko os to use the codes
Well, he's kind of changing the value of Links speed. Not by a glitch but by actually changing it. So no, this can't be done on a console and therefore cannot be done in a TAS, but is very entertaining nonetheless.
