@coorokun555 While it could indeed use some work, 5pb are visual novel makers first and foremost. For a first time it looks fine, especially compared to first works of other fighters (Street Fighter, Guilty Gear, etc;) If they take the lessons learned from this and apply it for future fighters if they choose to continue it, I'm sure we could see something much better.

@Fate862 Actually, it's just cause i've been doing alot of ArcSystem game playing this week. Arcana Hearts 3, GGXX AC, and BB: CS. But why i said that is because ArcSys is constantly inputting more things and intallments and games and as of Capcom theyhaven't came up with anything new for the longest time. Which is why i said, ArcSys is bigger. I forgot the"At the moment" part. Streetfighter 4, Super, and AC is getting kinda old. Though (change of topic) RE6 looks very good.

Not gonna lie. This game looks pretty bad. Horrible animation, boring attack sprites, dated interface, and overall looks like it was done up by someone who's never played a fighting game. That announcer's voice is also grating. For a free little doujin game, might be acceptable. But I would not spend money on this by this example alone.

Sprites look okay, attack animations are slow and underwhelming, backgrounds are a bit lifeless, seems a bit clunky, no real innovation as gameplay seems to be taken from other fighters, soundtrack has a clear Arcade influence which I like, reminds me of 80's and 90's Capcom music, and every hit feels like slapping someone with a Paper Fan, no impact, no feel of impact, which is what makes playing and watching people play fighters feel good, fun and tense. Sorry but I think I'm skipping this.

Anyways, the video is selling the game as a "character mashup" fighting game. But Rimi and Kurisu were just guest characters. This fighting game has it's own story, characters, etc. In other words, 12/14 playable characters are unique to this game. Only two are from other 5pb series. This video is highly misleading, at least to me it was.
