My plan is to ask for donation from people along with help from the government and in return, I will use the donated money to help people who are facing foreclosure. For example, if someone was paying $850 a month for his or her mortgage and now they are paying $1500 a month. I want to start a non-profit organization. My plan is to ask for donation from people along with help from the government and in return, I will use the donated money to help people who are facing foreclosure. For example, if someone was paying $850 a month for his or her mortgage and now they are paying $1500 a month. If this person cannot afford the increased monthly payments, my company will step in and pay that $650 difference while we work to refinance that persons mortgage.
