because of my disc herniation I had to re-invent my workout. I swim about 3 times a week (great cardio) and I do pull ups, chin ups and push ups for now. I hope to increase more in the future but I'm going slowly due to my injury. Your videos are awesome and inspirational. Thanks!

Hello barstarz. I would like to ask you a question. I have elbow tendonitis for a month now. It's getting better but i still feel pain when i try to do a push up or pull up etc. What treatment do you recommend ?
@bachurs96 We speak about it on our dvd check it out on our website. Make sure to rest it and don't do anything else that will irritate it. Ice it 3 times a day for 15 min, hope it gets better. Have a great day
@Klemmetsmo It seems alright but you should always think of how much you can do, it's hard to determine if it's good or not, it may be good for you and bad for others :)
@Klemmetsmo Theres a app you can get and it has ab workouts and it has levels from ab toner to boot camp, and it has the reps you do and rest then different workouts, if you're interested its called "Ab workouts free" If you have a ipod touch/iphone, ect..
@Klemmetsmo I wouldn't max out every training session. I would also suggest to switch up routines so your dont comfortable with just one routine. I have to challenge yourself. Its also depending on your goals. Thanks, peace

@Entigits no supplements, just proteine, brown bread, milk, (peanutbutter)/tuna, cottage cheese, egg white, chicken, beef etc.

Barstarzz, got a question. I putted up a workout with many of ur videos.
Like: Pull ups ( 5x Max ) , Push Ups ( 5x max - i use diffrence exerises on each set ) - Dips ( same shit )
And i use the " 2 min" Core workout u made a video about..
Does that work decent engou ? And i also add some Squats. Does that seem decent?
If anyone else got some whine ++ let me know. Criticsm is appricated.
