Big PROBLEM is that when I started watching videos of her on you tube and the city mtv shows, I realized she is so stuck up, fake, nasty, rude... and the list goes on...

Her NASTY and RUDE PERSONALITY from season 1 onwards of the city mtv shows and even on you tube... turns OFF a lot of people...

Ughh every episode of the city Olivia does a horrible job for Elle and where any other normal employer would fire she barely gets a slap on the wrist. Joe Zee is a great guy but he obviously doesn't have the balls to make those hard decisions bosses need to make to keep their company successful. Someone needs to step in and fire this girl as she clearly does whats best for Olivia and not Elle.
