  • There were a lot of these great old workhorses around my hometown when I was young...They were used in the logging industry at the time...great to see one still growling....long live the dog!

  • Armstrong power steering, ya gotta love that!

  • thumbs up if u are dying to smell the diesel fumes

  • great old tractor

  • Hows the air horns sound on the truck.

  • I love them old trucks but DOT would have a field day with yea!! lol

  • ... they may have used only slide-rules back in the day when these trucks were designed...They were on to something though, with their aerodynamics. Look for a return to these cab-body lines w/some 21st century tweaking in hauler manufacturers' dealers' lots & showrooms soon... "What goes around..."

  • is she gas or diesel powered?

  • @mrspoon233

if you cant tell thats a diesel you must not know much about trucks.

  • @mrspoon233 Diesel

  • hey i had that same gas tank on my IH truck for a while!

  • the old beast sounds pretty good, hope you post a vid when you get it all fixed up :)

  • rusty and dusty, but gorgeous!!

  • That's very nice. Seriously. If its mine, I'm putting a chrome stack on the muffler and Junior is driving his date to the prom in it because its the prom truck, or my daughter's date is driving her to the prom in it, IF and only IF he can start it and drive it, because if he can't, its the daughter protector from the prom truck. Seriously though, that's very nice. Thanks for sharing it.

  • Awsome trucks.....B and R models will live forever...they will haul the dirt to the gravesite of the Granite.....

    Cool truck

  • @signal44

"they will haul the dirt to the grave site of the Granite"

    Sad truth isn't it.

  • Man that is beautiful. What started as a commercial vehicle has become a rat rod with a little time.

  • love the b model mack's. changed in canada in 67,became the r 6oo,not sure on south of here.but there was a conversion kit to make a b model a r model.

  • Those B models damn near indestructible.
