I love this video because it really displays more parkour than a lot of other segments. Many of the other videos you see are more people practicing tricks or gymnastics, but this is more about the core purpose of parkour, about the freedom of being able to, by your own power, go anywhere you want as quickly as you can push yourself to get there.

@calum0mackers and @cleanraper you guys do realize that flipping and tricking were both aspects added long after parkour was well established. this stuff is purist and well done at that. Honestly little 14 year old, I'd love to see you run for that long and not be panting and crying, grab an ice cream cone, and then keep going. put up a vid to counter this, then you may actually have some standing in what you say. I am impressed by this video, because i live in bristol and know this area like the back of my hand. Generally bristol is pretty crap for parkour, but the route that he takes actually makes sense, and he does not jump from one place to the other. there are too many videos that just show off tricks, and not enough actual runs.

Really loved it. Clean, efficient movement, you guys have the essence of parkour nailed. Especially loved the part at the scaffolding at 4.27. So controlled, the first guy that goes through has some nice fluidity.

It's funny, everyone has their own style, the way they carry themselves and so on, I wouldn't say this is the most elegant I've seen, got quite a lumberring gait, maybe its just cos the cameras there, But anyway I cant really comment cos I can't pull off half that stuff at this point, and aesthetic preferrances aside, it all looks REALLY SOLID, great strength, great achievement.
