  • @before2after Bykov, Khomutov, Kamensky...There were many excellent forwards.

  • Who was the broadcaster?

  • Larionov might have had a longer career then Makarov, but he wasn't better. In his prime, Makarov was EXPLOSIVE.

  • Of course, there is a problem. I know.

The russian people don't keep the russian history.

But, believe me, when was the series Kanada-USSR 1972 the best player in US was Firsov.

But, hi was "too great" for the coach.

Firsov was the master, Kharlamov - one of the best of followers.

    It's true.

  • I don't know what kind of Makrov-Larionov-Krutov saw you, but in the

CSCofA (the greatest and unbeatable, you know) larionov made the decisioons who score

    the next puck.

    He always was the thought!

  • Firsov was one of top 5 players in Soviet/Russian hockey history.

    1. Kharlamov

    2. Tretiak

    3. Makarov

    4. Fetisov

    5. Firsov

  • @MaxWraith

You are not right, I think.

Fnatoliy FIRSOV was the best hockey player for all the times and for all of the countries.

If you name Makarov, I'm asking about Larionov? ... and so on...

    But FIRSOV absolutly the best!

  • Does anyone really think Larionov was as good as Makarov? That surprises me.

  • i have firsov behind kharlamov, think valeri was more complete of a player, wespecially before bobby clarke broke his angle and tarnished his speed.

  • @MaxWraith It"s my top 5 forwards in SSSR/Russia

    1. Bobrov

    2. Firsov

    3. Kharlamov

    4. Makarov

    5. Mogilny

  • @quarktrue It’s very intelligently. Maybe it’s the best of qualification. But you and I had never see Bobrov and Fedotov. My rule is to be telling about I was see only. And … The second problem: Bykov-Drozdetszkiy-Homutov –absolutely SUPER players. And... NOW!!! To stop Canadians attacks. This is theme for winners. Not for losers.
  • @before2after I had never seen Bobrov, but know about him. Не had absolutely dominated in the fifties of 20th century. Не had scored twice per a game at the average.

  • @quarktrue Mogilny??? What the hell? What did he do for Russia? He played in the NHL for the most part. He shouldn't be on this list! When he played for Russia in the 1996, we lost to Canada and the USA. Do you remember that? We had much better players! For example, Krutov, Khomutov, Mikhailov, Larionov.

  • @Evgeny161179 Mogilny was in USSR team in 1988 (Olympic gold) and in 1989 (World gold). In 1996 he was in Russia team at the World Cup.

  • @quarktrue In 1988 we won only because we had a great soviet team! And in 1996 we lost with disgrace. Mogilny escaped from the USSR and after that all the best players started to leave Russia and we started losing!!!

  • @quarktrue For your information, Vladimir Krutov played for our team much longer than Mogilny. From 1978 to 1991. The same goes for other great soviet players. Khomutov, for example. won three olympic golds and a lot of world championships. Is Khomutov worse than Mogilny??? I doubt it. These guys played for our country and they were more talented than Mogilny. I don't know why you admire him. He didn't care about team USSR. He cared about money and the NHL.

  • @Evgeny161179 It"s just my opinion.

  • 5 stars!!!
