Dude, one word, CW. Get yourself on a show like "Supernatural" or "True Blood" and people will let you do whatever you want afterwards. The song writing and live moves remind me of '80s Michael Bolton and Jack Wagner, which is not going to get you a record deal. I live in LA and next to an ex American Idol contestant, and my entire building sings as good as the pros, if not better. You have the actor looks but not a standout voice. Pick the road you're more suited for.
