At the local lake I fish at back home there's a GIGANTIC dam that divers often have to go down to inspect. Its about 400-500 feet deep in most places around the dam, and the divers that go down there dont typically go down again because when they shine their spotlights around, they see catfish/sturgeon with eyes the size of Volleyballs. IDK if its true, but i know theres sturgeon in that lake that are as big around as a 55 gallon drum because Ive seen them jump.
