  • Mrs. Imelda, you´ll have the whole respect from the Kellerasseln!

    Perfect job done!

    Michl & die restlichen Asseln

  • great rockabilly version of this. when i 1st heard this, i thought it was scotty moore on guitar!

  • kudos on drum solo =)

  • Oh, this is just too good. Love the energy and soul. Terrific players and her vocals are powerfully perfect. Question: Is Steve doing an impersonation of Animal (Sesame Street) at the end of that solo? Looks like it too me. Great creativity and too funny if that is so.

  • @strumdrum1945 Haha I've often thought that too!! :D

  • wow......this is hot!!!! I`m sweaty and speachless!!!

  • WOW! This music is incredible. Thumbs up 324. One person mis-keyed.

    SSSplash. >-)-)-)Q>

  • Totally hot and rockin! Ton Up!!!

  • Totally hot and rockin! Ton Up!!!

  • elle a la voix et la force pour chanter le Blues, j'aime bien !

  • Turning "Rollin' and Tumblin'" from a blues song into a rockabilly rave-up? Great execution, but poor decision making, I would say. Do "Train Kept A Rollin'" instead. R&T is such a great blues song it seems a travesty to totally ignore that tradition and do it as a Rockabilly song. I love Imelda as a rule, but I don't like this choice.

  • @shoutingthomas poor decision making????

  • Pure pleasure to my ears...:))

  • She has to come to Toronto, she is my pin-up dream girl. -3 he he

  • this is real music.

  • She's the hottest thing since Hiroshima, I had to stand back for fear of being burned!

  • WOW!! she knocked me ass over tin cup!

  • @EFTusa Couldn't have put it better myself!

  • @EFTusa agree!

  • she and the band are absolutley fantastic

  • My spine literally shivered listening to this!!!!

  • Listen to Elvis "Mystery Train" and see the exact same guitar backing!!!

  • AMAZING !!!

  • love the 'mystery train' intro thought it was 'rollin and tumblin' theres not an artist on this planet that can match Elmore James singin that song!

  • rock

  • @andrewlewis963

    This is ROCK"N"ROLL, not rock.

  • Love this. Eric Clapton played it on Unplugged, Imelda has taken it in a fabulous new direction!

  • This chick knocks me out.

I saw Muddy open for Clapton in '78

  • This chick knocks me out.

  • Elvis reborn as a women!

  • she's awesome.love her

  • Love that little spit-fire. You can't have a bad day when you listen to Imelda. She's magic.

  • Wow. That guitar player is so badass, he made me look away from her. For a second.

  • The guitarist is amazing! I have been watching many of Imelda's videos on YouTube and I am blown away.... that old rockabilly guitar sound is just classic. A little bit of Scotty More and Carl Perkins in that sound!

  • This is awesome

  • oh god...... i'm in love.... this girl is awesome..... and the drummer of course

  • What a knockout performance from Imelda and the band. They deserve to become really big.

  • lol....Yeah,I know where they come from...only joking!..I know were they're going to as well......the very top. This band oozes talent.

  • She is AMAZinG!!! My new FAVorate! Hotter than Megan Fox, and she sings like an angel.

  • Such a lovely woman! Such a great rockabilly singer. Great band, great drumming, great guitar playing - though the bassist, I think, needs to put more energy into his playing. He plays well, but needs to be more upfront. Love Imelda May. To my thinking, she may be one of those rarities that come along once in a blue moon.

  • Excellent,and everbody's good....that was some drum solo!

  • She could wipe the Eurovision song contest clean with a rousing performance like this. Imelda for the 2011 Eurovision, I say!!!

  • It was strange to hear this played in a rockabilly style after being used to say, Muddy Waters' groove, or Johnny Winter's.

  • ★So cute, so cool rockabilly queen!★

  • Nice to hear a strong Welsh accent....drummer's a bit excitable....young guy on the guitar is good...This band are the next Big Thing!

  • @gukhaloon if your talking about imelda may she's rish from the liberties in dublin

  • @gukhaloon

    shes from Dublin, Ireland!

  • wow sounds like mistery train from Elvis Presley.

  • Can anyone tell me is the bass player the old bass player who played with King Pleasure??????????????????????

  • @crashleg Yes, I believe that Al played in 'King Pleasure and the Biscuit Boys' in the 90's until 2001. :)

  • @Pilchadium I havent seen him for almost 20 yrs when he was just a lad. Excellent bass player with crackin knowledge in music, from jump jive to Rockabilly.

  • You absolutely rock girl

  • Hey her hubby is one geetar player! He would just sound better with a Gretsch guitar!

  • Wow, just so great.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Jesus,

Darrel really knocks it down!!! Great Band!

  • She'd do great teamed up w/ Brian Setzer (Stray Cats) !

  • @drew21154 That's a good idea! :-)

  • Cant belive someone voted your idea down. The two of them would be great together.

  • I hope they are able to do the Brian Setzer Tour this year. I'd love to see her and higham in CALI for xmas. she sings with so much conviction. she freakin means it!

  • she's irish!

  • Blows my mind how these UK vocalist's accent totally changes to the US South when they sing the oldies. Great stuff. (Had to laff at the "good NEW music" above: how old does it gotta be? this one's ancient.)

  • Their actors/actresses have better Southern accents than our Southerner here too. LOL!!!!! Hopefully she'll come back to the States again.

  • Truly awesome display(yet again)saw her with Jeff Back at The Albert Hall,WOW! What a night. The stuff legends are made of,indeed!

  • Haha I am 101% jealous! Two legends together! I trust Jeff was on top form too? :)

  • Jeff as usual was THE business, outstanding guitar work throughout,OH,by the way Inelda joined him on stage to sng,Lilac Wine, OH MY!!,then later helped out (with Dave Gilmore)Jeff with Hi Ho Silver Linings, the noise of that whole audience singing/shouting was deafening,oh yes I was one of them screaming out the lyrics!.What a night, what a night.

  • Dave Gilmour too!?! Woah! You must be still recovering from that! Sounds an amazing night!

  • @Pilchadium Does Jeff have any other form?

  • @bfish89ryuhayabusa Hahaha good point!
