I dont know the details so I might be off but if theses guys are aware of the lawsuit then these actions seem to me to be overly cocky as if to say "we aint afraid of you", and them putting their hands on their sidearms is either very aggressive or the product of very poor training. The only time a cop should touch his gun on duty is putting it on or taking it off at the end of his shift.

Yes you have an option to not give them a flyer. If it's your flyer, it's your property, you are not obligated to give your property to anyone you do not want to give it to. They can not taze you because you refuse to give them your property where there is no lawful authority given to them to demand one.

If the events leading up to the present are all accurate ; and I believe they are, (ie being arrested for ??? at the pulpit) is enough. Also there were other encounters in your favor to present a strong case. This vid makes a mockery of the otherwise serious nature of your legitimate case. You didn't need Hollywood. @Rizky06 The whole exchange took 54 seconds. Like I said I was pretty cool about the whole exchange. It wasn't until the next day when I reviewed the video tape did I catch the real message. If they wanted to see a flyer there were better ways for them to do it. The other cops talked to me and even laughed about what I was doing. A lot of the cops on the force are my friends and one even went to my church and was there when I got cuffed. This was flat out intimidation.

Let's see you could waste your money on a lawsuit or you do something productive like handing out flyers that expose the crooked cops and the crooked cronies that pull their strings. So which do you chose? The worst option. By doing youtubes and handing out flyers the following people are currently no longer in office or will be out office in January in my county: The Chief of Police, the Sheriff, The County Attorney and his assistant Attorney. No ridiculous lawsuit was needed.
