Boiled water i.e. tap water heated by using a kettle, is better than tap. I haven't drank water straight from the tap in months...

@CrystalIce Wouldn't boiling the water only remove the water? The impurities would most likely remain. That means you're drinking a higher concentration of impurities with each sip. Is that really healthier for you?

Or maybe is it just there's nothing really wrong with tap water, there for nothing wrong with boiled tap water.

wow everyone is using bottled water as an excuse to prevent the search for clean water. first off bottled water is not good for several environmental reasons and health reasons. but they can easily be solved.  tap water is really bad for people it's like a chemical stew weather you believe so or not it's just a fact. there are so many problems with this video i dont' even have enough space on this comment section or enough time to address them all.

for the most part the USA is one of the few countries that puts chemicals into thier water to kill micro-organisms. If you wouldn't drink a teaspoon of chlorine then why would you drink a teaspoon of chlorine with 8oz. of water. Also why do you think cancer cases are so common. We radiate our food, eat meat with hormones in it, eat vegtables with fertilizers on them, and drink poisoned water. I'd expect to get cancer after all that!

Bottled Water Industry does, like any other industry, have its more "commercial" suppliers but like other industries, there are many companies that offer legitimate and quality products. Water has a much needed role in today's society, from diet and weight loss to safe clean drinking water, bottled water is not an enemy of the environment unlike what the propaganda tells you. Like a loaded gun, bottles don't pull the proverbial trigger, people liter and discard their waste improperly.

Bottled water is mostly a farce. Actually there's only one best method to purify the water you drink and that's by distillation with a carbon block after filter. There are several good brands available. A little research on the internet will narrow them down. After going through the distillation and filtration process there are many positive actions that can be taken that will further enhance the life giving qualities of water. Intention being one of the best.

Tap water has more that 20 "purifying" chemicals in it including chlorine, chlorine dioxide, chlorimine and floride. Oh, and let's not forget the recent news about pharmasutical reside.

If you want good water get a reverse osmosis system for under your sink. Maybe even find someone with a well, far in the country, who'll let you get fill ups, that you can filter home.

Don't drink tap water; it's poison.

yeah well Tap water in LA county is NASTY.....but I don't know about DC tap water. However I would rather drink tap water the then Dasani or Aquafina....

excellent point! it's true that flouride makes the masses passive and more suceptible to being controled... in that particular case easier to maintain in the concentration camps. @BrendanReiniger I've primarily drank tap water all of my life and I'm no more passive now then when I was younger. In fact, I'm a bit more aggressive, creative, and adaptive now then when I was younger. Granted, things almost never work for me like they do for normal people.

Awesome! For those of use who have ridiculed the notion of expending energy, resources, and money to bottle water from the start, this is a real boost! And, for those who are suckers for the hype, hopefully this raises a little awareness.
