Its a lovely song I must say. The song was written by Mark James. A very humble guy.
Guys why dont you invite him to your chuch's. Our worship leader invited him to our chuch yesturday to lead in the worship services.
We were so encouraged by his testimony.

Go check Amazon. Mark James wrote it as you say but it was written and recorded in 2000 for Vineyard Records UK on the Album Surrender. Lincoln Brewster covered it in 2005 not years ago.

Oh, the song isn't by Hillsong, though. It was written by Marc James of Vineyard Music. Although, Hillsong does covers sometimes, so I guess there might be a cover version by them. :)
