yeah the genesis indeed can make some nice music,maybe not always quality wise but the compositions on genesis are really musical.i think this is done with some midi program tought.check TRUST sega genesis version also.if you fill in Trust sega genesis then you'lle find it.
Hmm... sounds more like an 8-bit Master System or Game Gear remake of the song more than a 16-bit Genesis.
