you should find a turbo IDI in a junkyard and rebuild it and drop it in, take out the wastegate, delete the EGR and run a 4" turbo-back exhaust, then it'll have power like you wouldn't believe
Funny how some people that use the Ford diesels for light occasional drivers have all the problems and the ones that are abused and neglected (company trucks) seem to run forever...haha.
@solonictoyota9186 It probably could use some glow plugs. It gets over filled sometimes when there is only one person there to fill it from the bulk tank, can't see it as you're filling to tell if its full.

It needs some new glow plugs. Doesn't seem to smoke which is good. Good injection pump, and injectors.
