In a way this will be no different from the European Union Countries. Preserve your culture (Afrikaans) by introducing compulsary visas for everyone that does not speak Afrikaans. If they want to live in an Afrikaans speaking area they would have to do an integration and citizenship test proving they understand the AFrikaner way of life and language. This is exactly what the EU countries do.

Excuse me, but EU citizens don't need visa to travel within the EU...since 1995, there are not even ID card controls at the borders anymore. Every EU citizen can live in the EU country of his choice, in the most cases without any language or culture test. Only people from outside the EU still need to apply for a visa, which is then valid for the whole EU. However, it's way more difficult to enter the US or Canada than the EU ;-)

On the one hand the blacks would love it if all the whotes moved there, but on the other hand, they would (a) hate to be shown up as the new semi-state would thrive and (b) all present white business in South Africa would move to the new state.
There is no way a state with such a "selective" population will have much respect in the world, especially the critical economic state.
And even if that state did thrive, there will be people who will want to get into that area for better jobs and living conditions, and there is very little you can do to stop those people, like presently with Zimbabwe

In a way this will be no different from the European Union Countries. Preserve your culture (Afrikaans) by introducing compulsary visas for everyone that does not speak Afrikaans. If they want to live in an Afrikaans speaking area they would have to do an integration and citizenship test proving they understand the AFrikaner way of life and language. This is exactly what the EU countries do.

Excuse me, but EU citizens don't need visa to travel within the EU...since 1995, there are not even ID card controls at the borders anymore. Every EU citizen can live in the EU country of his choice, in the most cases without any language or culture test. Only people from outside the EU still need to apply for a visa, which is then valid for the whole EU. However, it's way more difficult to enter the US or Canada than the EU ;-)

The mere reason for saying that it is not over and done with Zim is because as I said it is an orchestrated plan.
