  • You handled that ridiculous comment well. I weaned my Fidertanz colt at 4 1/2 months, because he was too rough with my mare. I wish I could have waited to 6 months. You do what's best for the mare. By the way, my colt's leg markings are almost the same as your filly's, except, he has that trademark triangle of black in the right front sock. Search for Frisco Bay to find video of him.
