Another way to relieve this is this;

1) Grab 1 (or 2) wrags

2) Wet them with water by any tempurature

3) Place one wrag on your stomach

4) If you grabbed 2 wrags, place the other on the base of your forehead, if sweating is occured

5) Wait 3 to 8 minutes for the feeling of relief.
