zacky and syn both changed guitars because Buried Alive is played in Standard Tuning, whereas the rest of their songs are played in Drop D tuning. they switch guitars so they dont have to re-tune any of them.

11:26 and 11:29 Syn is like, "This soundcheck is s***, you can't hear my guitar at all!" And he is shaking his head and laughing. Both times they have played at Rock am Ring they have had awful soundchecks. I still find it amazing though that even with an awful soundcheck A7X still sounds great.

@robdoubletrouble well no there is nth wrong with me... im a huge fan of The Rev.. and i knw that he made a huge difference in A7X after he died... its just like when u listen to Alice in Chains... Layne Staley died and the band got fucked up....

and no if M.Shadows died the band would sound different but its gonna stay the same with another vocalist, or even better... the new A7X drummer sounds gay... stop the crap boy!

@schecterguitarsfan Hes always uses his red and black guitar for buried alive. Maybe they play that song in a lower tuning live? Idk but even going back to the uproar tour right after releasing Nightmare he was using the red and black one. Personally I think it looks cooler anyways lol.
