@RichieMMJ last time I checked 1. rolls are from one speed to a designated speed (40-110, 65-135) so the evo could have reached the designated speed then stopped running. this couldn't have been to top speed, you will need so much road for that. 2. winning is winning, I saw the evo out front. Vette lost. I was going for the procharger but i faced facts...why can't you? 3. Vettes before the zr1 are over rated. 4. ever heard of ryan's integra? look it up he beat a viper and kept up with a vette.

Lol of course you guys would say they're lying about the vette's hp and not the evo's. Anyways you have to remember that evo is making all its power on the top end as where the vette is making peak power lower in the rev range, so in a drag race the evo will pull it. Notice the when the vette caught up slightly then stopped? Its cuz the vette falls flat on its face up top as where the evo keeps pulling.

@flymotocross63 . umm actually power at a specific rpm is determined by the cam...u cant say ALL vettes pull at lower rpms. my 550rwhp vette has a killer cam in it..i can pull hard anywhere from 1500 rpm all the way thru 6000 rpm.. i raped my friend's twin turbod evo with my vette... stock for stock or if they both have bout the same hp, the vette will win everytime! of course if you have 100+ hp on a vette, naturally you will win.. I got $500 says id wipe the pavement with that rice burner..

Good luck making any power with 10 psi on the EVO. People like to be creative on youtube and I doubt this vette made 644 rwhp, but that is another topic. The torque would be significantly higher in the vette and it would have pulled quickly. Oh well.

The video actually showed the car in question which was a Z06. Another thing to note is that Chevy never offered the base C5 in Electron blue which is the color of that vette.

Anyone can post anything and lie like the EVO vs Z06 video which is actually racing a base C6. I don't expect people into EVOs to know anything about corvettes and viseversa.

@RocketKobewy Yeah they weigh about the same, maybe 200lb difference. We don't have exact proof of dyno's so I couldn't make judgement without proof of the number's... whp, torque, etc.. But we don't even know the rpm's these cars shift etc either. Just know that evo did beat supercharged vette.
