Just so you know, yes the stadium did cost them 2 Billion Rands and other things like proper roads and so on cost another 2 billion.

But they got 12 Billion Rands as revenue, so that's a profit of 8 billion rands to South Africa. So yes; i do think it was worth it. Though your probably just jealous it wasn't held in your country...
