@kenshin3002 every clinic i've seen offers entire pubic treatment, and one dermatologist i've seen told me nothing about any problem. so i believe it's not that dangerous. look further and tell me! :D
yes just FLASH YOUR MONEY AWAY instead because it does not work !!! Also it is very costly and when you talk to them about it they just tell you oh just keep buying more expensive lamps from us and keep trying lol. I tried for a year it just makes you look patchy and after i stopped using it after a year of use and 50 lamps all my hair grew back just as thick and long. So don't let these companies keep stealing money off our hairy bank accounts.
The Rating Drop to 3 star. it did not work. Bulbs last less then 500 pulses on highest level. I expect those bulbs to last 3000 pulses. Shame on them. and they discontinued this device and dropped it down too 300 dollars. SAD product. the company saw it as a failed device. we will see if they come out with better product.
Hey so first of one off the people who commented asked if anyone used it on the face so ya i did and it works actually works even faster than other parts of the body for me at least..... the product has been improved so check out this link for the new Silk'n
Im male using it. Hair goes away & it will come back. its not powerful enough for men to use, guys hair is to thick. im using it for more then a year im on to my 10th session & it just keeps growing back. Im not really hairy. this machine is peace of crap. but when you resell it again some one will buy it & you wont lose money. Silk'n is not powerful enough to yield permanent lasting results. For a short term fix, it might be Ok. good luck to other guys
I'm afraid not. All light-based hair removal methods involve the pigment that is present in the hair shaft. Where pigment is missing (white, grey, blond, red hair) hair removal is not very effective.
Sounds like Waldnoa is a representative for the product. "About 6-7 treatments over a period of about one year, resulting in a near hair free skin, that requires only rare maintenance treatments." GIVE ME A BREAK! Has anyone REAL tried the product??
It's FDA approved...Gillette is rumored to be cobranding with a major medical laser company for home use. In a decade I think we will see a lot more hair removal lasers in the home.
cartridges bulbs burn out after 2 weeks, u need 2 bulbs installeded to begain laser. there 80 dollers each. better resaults then the tria but they burn out. Tria dosent burn out but runs on batter life allows number pulses before the batterie life dies. great for Abercrombie & Fitch models. or varsity foot ball dudes. massive muscles
Yes, I got about 90% hair reduction on my lower legs after only 3 treatments, and on my bikini after 4 treatments. I didn't try the no no, but as far as I know, these two are not comparable, as the no no doesn't attemp to do long-term hair removal at all.
Hi! There is no such thing as "definitive depilation", except electrolisis (which is painfull and takes a long time to treat a small area).
For example, I had to do several sessions of laser treatments to get rid of my underarm hair, but it always grows back.
If you use pulsed light or laser, you have to do several treatments. After some months or years the hair grows back and then you have to do mantainance sessions.
For darker hair and lighter skin - About 6-7 treatments over a period of about one year, resulting in a near hair free skin, that requires only rare maintenance treatments.
so what you guys are saying is that it's more worth doing the treatment in a clinic?

has somebody used this around the vaginal area? The manual says it is not recommended.

If I have thick hair, will it work?
salmoozation 2 years ago
Yes. As long as the hair is dark enough, it should work, but due to thickness, it could require more treatments

Long term means equivalent to professional laser or IPL hair removal treatments.
waldnoa 3 years ago
Hey'a Waldnoa....I don't know what that equivalent is?
