I'm not sure, but I think it is turnip and broccoli, which is actually really cheap, cream. I think they don't use the dark green part of the broccoli, just the pale green one, the base. They make it really light, I think, when you look at the thickness and the color. This is just suppositions, but I think it is a soup that is served a lot before more consisting dishes, because it isn't really nourishing.
