Where I am filming at the beginning of the video. There is a rail where I am crouching on. I can't tilt the camera up too much or my head is gonna hit the rail, It has happened before.

No, the only thing damaged was the microphone casing, thankfully the lens is scratch free and the mic sound works fine.
