Yes. Skipper says they repaired back to "almost normal." It's found at the "island" to the far north in the Sand Sea.

the reason the past is more better than the present is because in the past there was the enemies that took care of the ship. now in the present there is no one to take care of the ship so it is all dusty and unclean. that is at least what i thought about it

This was actually my least favorite of the dungeons. My reasoning being the time shifting got a bit tedious and the whole robot thing still kind of bugs me given this is supposed to be a fantasy world.
