I just read a section regarding detaining of terrorists and came upon this on page 430 line 10 - (1) UNITED STATES CITIZENS.—The requirement to detain a person in military custody under this section does not extend to citizens of the United States. - I'm not saying what you say isn't true. I just like to read it for myself.

Sections 1031 and 1032 of the bill lay out fairly clearly who can be detained and what they have to be suspected of in order to be detained. It is a long document but I have read it twice and I don't see anything about a U.S. citizen with more than 7 days of food or more than 2 guns being labeled a terrorist. I respectfully ask anyone to point out where in the bill that is.
