i am guessing that is the last hill of the dunes. about five years ago, i along with a few other guys tried to save a womans life at the top of that hill. they got to much air in their ford ranger and flipped it nose first and landed on the roof crushing her and breaking her neck. needless to say, she was dead. that was a fucked up day at the dunes, one i will never forget.
