it's a old,AND I MEAN OLD TYPE OF AIR HORN! alotm of cartoons have them on their "Fake" trains,Leslie first made them for EMD's F-unit and E-unit series diesels,so what it boils down to is the model which is a A200 horn.

not necessarily. It could be a Wabco E2 which is what I'm leaning towards it being. I don't think its a A200.
