We need to shift America back to constitutional government & away from socialism. I have a concept for tax reform that will reduce ALL taxes based on income (State, Federal, Employment, and Corporate) to ZERO..WITHOUT lowering the revenue going to the U.S. Treasury. After a 40 year phase in period, the only requirement needed to support State and Federal government is that individuals save 5% of their income for retirement. The 95% left is spent on the needs of their family.
