  • Great video.

    Thanks for posting

  • The big capacitor at 2:10 was beautiful ^^

  • @DragonUltraMaster I know

  • ooh my god... is HULK !!! 2:29 jajajaj LoL good video

  • "Wal-Mart fighting to overcome growth" OH MY GOD! DX

  • LOL the fly is just chillin next to it all! 2:10 look as if it had an erection and jizzed all over it self hahaha!

  • How much voltage were you pumpin in tem? AC?

  • 2:15 THAT WAS A BIG MOTHERFUCKER!! Holy balls!

  • 2:11 "If it bleeds, we can kill it"

  • lol, love 2:11

  • now just imagine if this was happening on your computer motherboard :D

  • ROFL random bug pwnage.

GJ on blowing the bigger caps. Use higher voltage though and they'll blow more often. Also, try running them with the polarity backwards, if you haven't already. That'll get it done.

  • i like the one at 2:11 it inflated and oozed and ripped

  • i do to

  • Capacitor smoke: Don't breathe this!

  • Blend some capacitors! Daah just connect them backwards!!

  • What voltage were you using?

  • putt a whole bunch in a fir they realy explode

  • "Any toxic fumes / smoke are removed through a high-speed venting system"

Via a power supply fan bolted to the side i am guessing

  • A high speed radial fan is mounted in a window. This fan pulls air through ductwork leading to the back of the box. It jets the smoke out the window without leaking toxic gases in the room.

  • The one that steamed actually vented like it was supposed to.

  • veyr nice. Most people are too wimpy use big ones. However, next time use higher voltage if u can.

  • Prima che scoppino, ficcateveli nel culo. Voglio proprio vedè se poi continuate a sputtanà il vostro tempo in bestemmie all'elettronica

  • I don't understand Italian. Google poorly translated it to:

Prior to break out, ficcateveli arse. I own vedè if they continue to sputtanà your time cursing electronics.

  • lol this is what I got:

Before that they burst, ficcate them to you in the culo. I want just saw if then continued to sputtanà your time in blasphemies to the electronics

  • yeh man the smaller ones seem to explode from what Ive seen - we used to put them on a gas barbeque (still on PCB) and they would go off like fireworks

  • watch my video. I like the big capacitors

  • You have to choose your capacitors to get goot exploders.

Today's new capacitors have "X" or "K" shaped cracks on their tops. Those cracks are specially designed to break and make capacitors "smoke" or "steam" instead of exploding.

Look in old electronic equipment in which electrolytics DO NOT have those cracks.

Also, on large lytics, a rubber vent is often used. This is, again, designed to prevent capacitor explosion, Do not use them.

  • LOL, those insects were nuked.

  • Yeah, i laughed hard! Killing insects by popping capacitors on them =P

  • Why don't you try with ultracapacitors? Just load them and make a hole.... Anyway, be aware!!!

  • lots of smoke. next time connect them to mains

  • This is stupid, wasteful, and dangerous.

  • Exactly!!!

  • Very Nice, i like this stuff

  • a shit load of smoke nice, gotta try this!¨'

  • what kind of power supply and how many volts are you using?

  • In this video, I used a self-limiting DC power supply that goes up to 55 volts at 10 amps. Some of the caps that I blew up can handle over 55 volts, however, using the incorrect polarity will blow them up. I'm currently working on a video of blowing up more caps using a variac (up to 80 volts ac)

  • Nice work keepem coimng take a 50v 100uf and plug it into a long extion cord trealy far way then plug it in the wall ive tried it it sounds like dinomite not joking it lound!! im looking at a capictior right now lol try k but be caful cause it bad!

  • Next mission: tantalum (those little droplets) and BIG electrolitic capacitors :).
