I really don't think Mona should have been fired, but I really doubt that the other 2 will survive long either. Sir Alan will simply get fed up of Debra and make a fool out of James.

It seems Sir Alan is afraid of this Debra person. This is soooo her fault! I think, he's preparing a great firing fireworks for her. Firing Mona simply prepares the ground.

I agree, I actually went round saying that I though Mona was going to win the whole competition I think she was undoubtedly the best speaker and sales person on the series. Debra is patronising and a control freak, she always wants to be the leader. I really hope she gets what's coming to her. As for James, I'm sure most people are wondering why he's still here :P.

I, too, thought (and still do) very highly of Mona. Truly decent people - when faced with someone like Debrah - are in such a shock that they just go blank. Debrah, on the other hand, is a bully who's still on a high school mode. Between her and James, I definitely have more respect for James.

Mona have great sales and presentaiton abilities as demonstrated from her last task. Sad to lose such a great talent. This task can simply be blamed on the project manager, which was Debra. Her excecution is terrible both the design of the poster (looks like scribbles and doesn't evoke any emotions to people) and the unfinished leaflets. As project manager, she be held responsible.

I disagree, I think without Howard worked really hard, he just couldn't stop Debra from making that hideous poster, which is what caused them to lose.

I agree that Mona wasn't showing as much passion and creativity as she did when she started the competition. But I think Debra should've went instead because talking to her is like talking to a brick wall and she was ultimately responsible for the failure of the task.

Debra should leave and responsible for the leaflets and she did nothing to impress people with it and having 6 hours doing nothing is BS! She blamed it on mona when they did gave the infos needed. A smart and professional person could come out with perfect leaflets even with limited pictures! Sir Allen is stupid for firing wrong person! All the best to Mona, we know who is the actual loser this week!

The 'fired one' ;) is a good and honest employee i think, but not a creative one.

I think the fired one was a bit sad the last episode... homesick maybe... different than in the beginning. Otherwise 'the fired one' would have done better.

Love James though... Hahaha The way he looked at sir Alan at the end... one eye half closed... haha, i take that one in my 'repertoire'!
