I think I hear a bit of one of Peter Hammill's solo tunes, not to mention some Genesis "Watcher of the Sky" fuzz, and a couple other prog hallmarks. (I am the Walrus?) Definitely some Porcupine Tree, and a sound I can't quite place. A reference to Jimi Hendrix. Very nice, however.
