  • To understand the personal impact of dam removal, watch THE FIGHT TO SAVE SISKIYOU COUNTY.

  • i wonder what will they find after all of this water was removed, maybe bodies???

  • @DethTones Sorry man! it won't happen again!

  • No down stream damage save for the old river bed that will be 're-built.' Prior to blowing the dam the river level was dropped to 'zero' and all the native salmon netted and tanker trucked well up stream

  • Imagine standing on that rock in the middle of that raging stream!

  • like this if u think they should make a movie or film about how a fish got left behind when people came and saved them but because of some reason the fish couldn't get across so after the dam opens up she or he goes through the hole and comes out really happy or something or it helps fighting this mean fish...... and he is a salmon lol

  • hmmm wonder what all those people who bought lake front houses are thinking about this? Their property value just went way down.

  • @BFANLC i just said a similar coment on another vid about this well hey the power and conservationist company will have to pay the owners the devalued amount man it is gonna be expensive for the 2 company's i bet

  • So it's flowing from the bottom, what about being able to run it in a kayak? How will the rest be removed?

  • I wonder if anyone downstream got flooded. Was there any footage of this event from the 3.3 miles downstream?

  • Daaaaaaammmmmmmm!

  • Did anyone film the lake side?

  • Woo-HOOOOOOO!

  • I am sure some of you are looking at this saying : I could run that...:) Yeah Yeah...i know how you are......

  • poor Dam.....just kidding

  • Yes!!!

  • It's about time...

  • Release the river!!!

  • Nobody ready to seal launch into it? 8>)

  • Looking forward to the day when all rivers run free again. They're the circulatory system of the land. Energy is infinite. Soon we'll see how easy it's been all along to transform it into electricity.

  • @onefodderunit "AGREED!"

  • Ride the rapids on the beautiful White Salmon River!
