I just saw your chest workout, and you overtrain there. Your triceps are involved in your chest work. If this is your tricep workout, and its on the same program as the chest workout, you're tremendously overtraining your triceps. You could get getting twice the results from half the work.
2) In the laying french press, your elbows should remain stationary. Letting them drift back takes stress off the elbows and puts it on the pectoral minor and seratus anterior. Bring your elbows in a bit and this will help too.
Is that a triset?

I think you are trying way too hard and I dont see your muscles working. You need less weight and better form.

1) Good job on the dips

3) NEVER put your feet up on a bench!

How much weight was that on the French Press? Was that a 45 lbs plate on the dips? How big are your upper arms? I love your strength. It's amazing!
