how much boost are you runnin during this dyno i have a 89 with a 347 the compression ratio is a little high for a super charer its 10.5:1 but i recently decided to go with a procharger once i get 1000 or more miles on the new motor i was told i can safely run 8-10 pounds of boost with a good intercooler my car made 360rwhp the way it is now i am hoping for 500rwhp with this amount of boost or atleast 480 do you think its reasonable to think i will get that much if not what do you think.see vid
Funny because most won't know what the Duty Cycle of an injector is! They were being driven and 100 % around 5200 rpm so we upgraded the fuel system to 60's and rails and better pump. Not she flys!
That's good to hear. I cringed when I read the 42's. Some people just don't realize the problems that will happen when using too small of an injector, until one fails. That should be a good running street engine.
Nothing major can happen when you run out of fuel other than losing a motor...LOL!
We've been dyno tuning for over 6 yrs and have yet to have one come apart. **Knock on Wood** I think alot of it is due to our training with SCT at their facility in Florida and the fact that we build and race what we sell.
