He served 6 years in prison for breaking into a house and sexually assaulting a child, and is currently out on parole, and he is already showing signs of predatory behavior. Everybody in the area of Bay City, Michigan is well-advised to keep an EXTREMELY close eye on their children, and keep all windows and doors locked at all times.

The utility companies here in MI don't care about the people. Our water was shut off just two weeks ago (on a Friday), and we have a boiler for heat. They said they'd turn the water back on but put on a restrictor for the electricity unless I paid the bill in full. It was $240. Out of panic and desperation, I begged my dad to pay my bill for me. And luckily my 7yr old and I still have heat. If you can't pay the bill, the power companies don't care if you freeze to death.
