South African had a 80% to 20% white to black ratio of pilots (blacks paid for by the airline to train) and the White guys were ex war vets in Angola, Rhodesia etc.
Now in reverse racism South African have said they want all whites out of the cockpit, the whites turned around and said - "fine in 10 years so we can train them and set up retirement funds", anyways it's now going to happen in 2 years.
WOW!! Unbelievable... It looks something like computer graphics in a movie! Anyway, How they avoid themselves from 'wake turbulence'? It looks very dangerous...
@chitchaimonozuki I thought the same thing. I think it's because they're going at slow enough speeds that it doesn't make a difference. I'm probably wrong but eh. :)
