@Justwolflover Original just means the original resolution that the video was filmed in. I'm assuming his monitor has a higher resolution than 1080p (1920 x 1080), maybe something like 1600p (2560 x 1600) but I could be completely wrong about that.

if you're a hunter and use eagle eye anywhere in or near the Maelstrom you can look at it from different angles and even from under the water (though it's not so impressive when you're "under" it physically lol, it's meant to be seen from above the waves.. still cool though)

The Maelstrom is the result of the Well of Eternity - not the 'original moonwell' as you put it - imploding at the end of the War of the Ancients. Prior to this Azeroth was all one continent; afterwards most of the land was sunk, forming the Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor, and Northrend.

Outland was the planet of Draenor before the orcs happened to it. It's a seperate planet that has nothing to do with the Maelstrom at all.
