Chelsea was THE strongest christian EVER. ive never met anyone who has gone through REAL Hell and turned out the way she did. no one knows for sure WHERE people who commit suicide go. and why would God NOT wrap her in His arms after everything she's trusted and done in HIS name?

If you are truly a Christian, and commit suicide, God will forgive you for that. The blood of Jesus Christ covers every sin we ever committed or ever will commit. If we could do something to save ourselves, then there would be no reason for Christ to die. We are ALL unworthy.

I don't mean to be frank or condescending in this post, but in my study of the Bible, i've never come across a verse that says that He considers us a friend or that we are to consider Him a friend. Much the same as I don't consider my earthly father just a friend, I think it's disrespectful to bring the Almight maker of heaven and earth to the level of being just my friend...Again, this isn't an attack on the writers of the song or anything, i just think it could have been expressed differently.
