He did not run off the plane. Robo did not run off the plane. Robo and the passengers were all waiting in the plane, wondering if they were going to make their connections. Everybody was then ordered off the plane, including Robo. It would have been impossible to run off the plane with all the people in front of him. The "over-reaction" seems to have been over a passenger's "need" to get off the plane AFTER posting the stickers.
As much as I do not agree with much of our government, they do have the duty to make sure the other passengers are safe.
A suspicious situation was created by the individuals actions.
