I think this is one of the best Clydesdale commercials they have ever made. Simple but extremely powerful, and memorable! You don't forget them or the product. Isn't that what advertising is about. One of the best commercials ever made. You can't help but fall in love with the colt's determination, support of his parents and pride of achievement. They could have left the logo off at the end and everyone still would have known the sponsor. Their ad team really worked the brand to the max with this one.

I am a mother of a family (one husband and two beautiful children) that was killed by a drunk driver. These commericals ARE NOT promoting drinking and driving or underaged drinking. I happen to raise clydesdales and there is nothing better on earth than the Gentle Giants. Dont blame the companies for the deaths, tickets, felony records or underage drinking, they are not the ones that had you bend your elbow and swallow that drink ~ The drinker did. I wonder how many of you realize this is the most desirable of horses that those killbuyers love to get their hands on to sell to slaughterhouses. These big draft horses that are so meaty. Beautiful horses aren't they? STOP THE SLAUGHTER!

of course draft horses go for good price to a slaughterhouse. Ask yourself though; how many people do you know who have the knowledge and skill required to properly care for, train, and maintain and 2,000 lb animal whose brain is ruled by fear? I work with horses for a living, including drafts, and I only know a handful of horse people who can safely deal with them. At least slaughter is more humane than being ignored in a field for years as you slowly break down

@IronFeathers That is the most rediculous thing I have ever heard!! The reality is that the only horses that are "ruled" by fear are those who have been abused. Draft horses are far less apt to injure someone than any of your smaller breeds. They are calmer and far more relaxed by nature. Even tempered and exceptionally EASY to handle even for a novice. I would take a draft over any other breed ANYDAY. Far easier to care for and to train. Matter of fact got rid of ALL of my TB and QH, only draf
