  • Man, do i love cannoli. my grandmother used to make them.

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)

  • I´d love to make Cannoli the traditional way, but there doesn´t seem to be any Ricotta cheese available in my neighbourhood. Could I replace that with something else, like Feta cheese or something?

  • Vladimirovic~ You could try cottage cheese which is also known as 'farmers' or 'fischkase' . If you can find mascarpone then I would suggest mixing that in as well to help with the consistency. Feta would be a bit too salty.

  • i think its funny how the guy is wearing a chef uniform but the old lady is teaching him how to do it...

he reminds me of a little boy cooking with his mom...wanting to wear an apron lol

  • how do you make the custard? sorry im only 13 and i really want to be a chef, can you buy it at a store and if you can what kind?? thanks if anybody can help me!!!

  • custard can be found at the store, or look for a recipe online...

  • I always mess the filling up. I think the ricotta I get at the store is too thin in consistancy. :(

  • She's so sweet-and knows her stuff about cooking-I make these also and hers look good-thanks so much for posting this.
