NO. It's $20. 2 Motoblur phones, unl Web and text and 1500 minutes and we pay about $150 a month. I have the Cliq 2 and my wife has the Charm (FREE!) and they are both wonderful phones. We upgraded from the Cliq and Cliq XT.

@randy602 ,all android phones require you to get a plans because phone service try to get more money out of you but i found a way to not get the data plan and use the phone without it,so i just use wifi when im home and when im out i just text and make calls, just download apndroid or apn off thumbs up if you download it and tryed it and it works =)

@final4hawks all you got to do is download an app called apndroid from the phones market app and once downloaded it will say turn off edge/3g/wifi amd click it,and it will turn off all data on your phone,and you will get to use your phone

I hate motorola. I have the Cliq and everyday it gets worse. And I've only had it like, a month. (brand new) not to mention the lack of the android upgrade...I feel like I'm falling into a trap by even looking at this phone

I currently have the motorola cliq and I hate it now :( It just seems to take forever to do anything, like you have to wait 5 seconds before the screen changes when your opening the keyboard... I saw this phone in a Tmobile store and it looked perfect, just perfect :)

I currently have the samsung gravity t, and it's a decent phone but it doesn't do as much as I would like, plus the touchscreen is lagging more and more. I originally wanted to upgrade to the cliq but I don't think tmobile manufactures it anymore, that being said, I really like the charm. it has everything I want and it's much cheaper. I was almost going to resort to eBay to get the cliq haha. But I will definitely be getting the charm now :-)

Such an improvement over the Cliq and Cliq XT. Unfortunately it's still saddled with Motofail that drains your battery life and crashes your phone if you have more than a few dozen contacts on Twitter and Facebook.

STOCK ANDROID ONLY PLZ.

Even HTC Sense is crappy.

This seems like a nifty little phone. It's like a blackberry form factor of with Android. I like how Moto makes unique looking phones for different types of people. I was reading on another review of this phone and people were bashing it, but they have to realize not everyone wants a superphone. This is a nice phone for people who like to txt and crossovers from Blackberry's.
