The hunters are cussing the werewolf(luis) out and in Lucia,

At the end she finds Luis remains but doesn't tell anyone for the fear of being called a liar.

They are in love.

Reason for Luis dieing is because he tries to kill hunters for that's what's keeping them apart. So he died in the process.

Luis is a werewolf that stalks the woods at night.The heavy breathing is to show the power he had over things(much like the wolf in the story "3 Little Pigs").He wanted to be a werewolf so he wouldn't be afraid of anything anymore but is still sad because he is alone.He meets Lucia and falls in love but there is a complication.There are werewolf hunters that live nearby.Eventually they find and kill him.

Notice in the beginning the house is torn apart.By the end,after they kill him,it is normal.
