There are elements of this song that work very well and i can see lots of potential in it! - Your voice is beautiful and the guitar is good. I like the lyrics but sometimes the words feel a little bit rushed to me. Did you ever try playing it a tiny bit slower? Can I suggest that you try it with just "bad self portraits" or "at all my bad self portraits" and slow that bit down a bit-
