  • Love the soldier @ 4:10 :)

  • This guy takes tf2 so seriously ahhah but is cool

  • 8 second into the video...GRAMMAR PWNED

  • 8 seconds in and he's already raped grammar.

  • Fire sack the new word for pubic rashes

  • stinks

  • EPICMEALTIME

  • This video is from 2009 and can help us today.

  • I wish the majority of TF2 players communicated things they wanted other players to do like this guy does.

  • anyone else notices bits of his talk are cut out?

  • Epic Engineering Time.

  • i hate how he talks lol

  • Did anyone else notice the ass hole lighting the camera man on fire in the beginning?

  • i saw the green team at 5:08

  • 'can have a decisive impact on all that happens thereafter'

Me: Wait a minute. A single teleporter? Uhh I'm pretty sure a single teleporter won't help.

  • Some of the worst times to be had in TF2 is when you put up your stuff in a good place, whack some spies with your wrench, fend off soldier and demo attacks with the shotgun, have the tele spinning with over 40 teleports, have most of your buildings keeps standing throughout...

...only to have your team bash their heads against the enemy sentry nest like lemmings and die repeatedly and lose the round in the end anyway.

  • @a0classcriminal

lol I agree. I learn from these videos, but they also assume that you are always playing with a team that knows what they are doing.

  • pretty gay

  • @flusheyy then y watch ?

  • right, teleporters are very important, but if your whole team sucks, being a medic or other class can be better

  • Reminds me of the instructional video Army of Two gives you on Aggro lol

  • One Engineer will win this war for the men and women.

  • im scared of playing Engie ler. :(( SOO MUCH BURDEN AND STREESSS

  • i fail at engie.

  • Wow. This was very informative, at least specifically for this map. It does do a very good job of prepping you to play on other maps, giving you exactly what to look for.

  • 4:09 DONT LET ME OUT OF CAMERAA!!

  • Who the hell narrated this? :o

  • Music from Warhammer 40,000 game?

  • after all the ofenssive team loose :D

  • Respect from Russian players!

  • "This is operational mobility"

    No. This is pure awesomeness.

  • This is a useful video except how do I shoot?

  • @TheGoombys lolwut?

  • what's with the new voice?

  • 5:03 bottom right corner is that a green engineer???

  • i thought a fire sack was a bunch of flaming pyros

  • Hey, what's the name of the song playing? aha

  • 1:06

Uh... hey, spectator, you're on fire.

  • Briefing on attacking bin laden.

  • As a Spy, I would like to remind Engineers not to place their teleporter directly behind their sentry. Remember that Spies can use Teleporters. I have done multiple times when I would take the port and be offered a free backstab of an Engy sitting idle at his gun.

  • SONG PLEASE TELL!!!!!

  • 3:34 lol spy crab in the bottom-right corner

  • The way this guy talks makes you think that the Engineer has the command over the entire team, and that the Administrator is his bitch.

  • @rightarmer In a way, through the teleporters, an Engie does command the team by commanding where the team teleports to. Where the teleporters go can affect how a player approaches the battle. So as an Engie, one must know where the troops should be deployed for maximum efficiency.

  • what a mong

  • Im scared. This guy looks so serious.

  • @luigiferguson Two, actually.

    Goldrush and Badwater Basin

  • this aint world war 2 flank troops guilt your fault build this AND BLODDY FRONT LINES and general rules WHAT THE F^^^ IS THIS ITS A GAME YOU DIE RESPAWN THEN get revenge on the sod who killed yar

  • @oddworld4eva I'm sorry some of us LIKE winning

  • Damn, that's a good voice for telling serious fighters what to do.

At the multi-engineer part I was like "Offensive Fire Trap? OMGWTFBBQ Time!"

  • Team Serious 2

  • This man is a spy

  • I want TF2 DX

  • @newgrounder2 ul get more than u pay for :D soo i would recomend that for sure

    go buy it >:C

  • @noneofyourbussniess heavy voice* NO! D:< They dont sell TF2 + I dont think I got a good enough pc

  • This instructional video belongs in the games tutorial.

  • everything sounds so profesional, except for the names the basic stuff and the advanced stuff...

  • jeus enough tactical

  • 25 people knew it was there fault that there team failed

  • 4:10 soldier says hi :D

  • I hear Donald Trump in this

  • A bit more battle-ready now, I think. See you out there, haha.

  • am i the only one noticing the heavy getting owned at the bottom of the screen at 0:40

  • LOL, I THINK YOU CANT DO NOTHING WITH A SINGLE TELEPORT LIKE ONLY EXIT LOLOLOL.

  • A single erected dispenser

  • LOL Pro Scores. Gotta love andrew kramer

  • very nice 10/10 on the guide very easy to understand glad to subscribed ^^

  • I really would have expected a million BLU enemies getting shot and killed by the Sentry :D

  • music plz?

  • TF2 is serious business.. no kidding man :D

    Great video man !

  • you sound exactly like a survival how-to video... which you kinda are

  • Epic music. mate!

  • teh eff too is srs bsns

  • 24 noob players disliked this

  • what the fuck is a fire sack

  • nicely done

  • "Teleport" is a verb, not a noun.

  • Sorry to be a grammar nazi, but it erks me.

  • @MikeWWeller

It is a noun in TF2

  • Now THAT"S how you make an informative video. Text and dialouge to appeal to both senses, preventing conffusion due to speedy text or indecernable speech.

Terrific voiceover, music not to loud. Clear explanations, and visual refrances.

    Perfect!

  • Engineering An Empire: Team Fortress 2 edition.

  • This is a matter of life and death, listen fucking carefully if you don't want to face the consequences.

  • ENGINEER IS RTS COMMANDER

  • Modern Marvels- TF2

  • This feels so... SERIOUS

    ITS JUST SO INTENSE

  • Where'd you get the Fortress Forever music? D:

  • HOLY CRAP AM I WATCHING MOST SHOCKING

  • wow thats a nice voice were you born with it

  • This is the most intense TF2 video iv'e ever seen...

    Lmao.

    It's some SERIOUS SHIZZ.

  • what is teh music?

  • The music, commentary, and diagrams made this the best tactical video for teleporters yet! Very helpful and nice to watch.

  • Nice video, keep up the good work

  • 4:10 random soldier scared the hell outta me

  • 0:42 - To the left: Where is those rockets coming from?

  • tf2 is a shallow game for children

    just saying

  • tf2 is the biggest concentration of vigins ever next to cod

  • @ebonyflesh69 You're forgetting about star trek conventions.

  • A single teleporter = useless

  • I totally forgot that he was talking about a game during this video.

  • What map is this? plz answer

  • @urmommaisfattt

    pl_goldrush

  • Interesting, but you forgot to mention teleporter exit direction, which can be very important.

You also forgot to mention that spies can telefrag you when they take your teleport, which is quite an important bit of info. Unless they cant possibly reach the entrance due to it being build in a blue/red only area, never stand on your teleporter. If a spy telefrags you, you will most likely lose the entire setup, as explained nicely in the spy-sentry kills video.

  • @maba27 I just realised that telefragging problably wasnt in the game yet when this vid was placed. Maybe the rotating wasnt either.

  • Yet I find the tempo seen e.g. in the Medic's How-To more pleasant. Even if I have to pause it sometimes too keep up with the text. This vid could be at least a bit faster-paced to its advantage - thus also having room for more valuable info in it.

  • Admiral Ackbar knows what a fire sack is.

    IT'S A TRAP.

  • Man, i did not even know TF2 could be so tactical.

You, my friend, has opened up a new way of engineering!

  • The original idea for TF2 involved a commander which would give orders to the team about where to go and such.

While this idea was scrapped it still kind of exists in the Engineer.

Engineers can teleport your team where you want them.

  • i love the music in this one! awesome tactics!!!

  • SPY SAPPED MY TELEPORT

  • More angles more attack more goodness

  • I feel like I'm in Engineer Boot Camp.

  • i like the speak and spell

  • This makes engineers sound like the best class in TF2.... I prefer just picking up a flamethrower and go kamikaze on myself, you would be surprised how many kills you can get.

  • @JohnnyTheAddication easy to be a pyro tho

  • lol the video make tf2 look like a strategy game

  • @NephyrisX well... isn't all team games strategy games?

  • FIRE SACK!

I dunno, I like most of your stuff but this one seemed a bit basic and every point was really hammered in by the slow narrator. He just read what was on the screen! Imo if you're going to have audio and visual presentation, the visual should emphasise key points raised in the audio. Not just repeat it.

I the video sounded like some kind of instructional video for soldiers at first but it wore on a bit.

Anyways, thanks for giving me a new word to yell at people. ITS A FIRESACK!

  • "This will be very disasterous for your team...and it will be your fault."

I didn't even do anything and I feel guilty.

  • @NickP61494 you feel guilty because you didn't do anything to stop it

  • lol u used noclip in a regular game and you could see ppl shooting u

  • @100prototype Its sourcetv it records the game then you can watch it later

  • @100prototype yeah and he was on fire

  • also i play too win so fuck causual w + m1 players

  • also i play too win so fuck causual w + m1 players

  • these videos help so so so much

  • these videos help so so so much

  • If your team and generally, the people on the server are good/smart players, being an Engineer is really useful/good and fun!

For example, look at the last example! You can see 3 RED Sentries, meaning they have 3 Engis and all sentries are on different spots and they cover all the places that BLUs could attack from.

Now, if people there were noobs that couldn't communicate with each other, it would be a chaos...

  • There are three tangos over there, place a tele there or ye might as well be shot. Sniper fire! get down! Is what I wuz hopin to hear...

  • o - ffense

  • lol this is TF2 dude.... you make it sound like an epic world war 3

  • Why is this comment flag down?

  • its because if you want to play like a noob like you, you just charge into the fight and die.

if you want to win and beat GOOD players, you have to THINK. WITH YOUR BRAIN.

you are most likely a casual player. good players play to win and knowledge of game mechanics, proven effective strategies/patterns, and knowing the map can often net you more kills than perfect aim.

  • ye it's kinda funny actually :D

  • srs bsns

  • I don't really agree with completely avoiding "firesacks".

To infiltrate a defense, and drop a level 3 teleporter, hidden right in the center of enemy defenses is devastating, as surprising 3 enemy strongpoints with the force of your entire team can be an incredible method of moving up... IF you can pull it off.

  • often, a teleporter that gives your teammates some movement but stays alive is better than a sick teleporter spot but dies after like 2 people take it.

  • Wtf is up with all the weird video starting at 0:40? Rockets being fired by invisible soldiers? The spectator cam catching fire then being healed? Hmm....

  • @Spironic I think that's because it was recorded as a firstperson demo, then "driven" to that poisiton, so all the HUD effects that were on the player in-game, are recorded in the "spectator cam". :)

  • 0:42

I'm pretty sure the heavy at the bottom is me.

  • I want this man to be the priest at my wedding.

I will feel like my honey-moon will be a decisive victory for the team.

  • @DelphanGruss - Nah, you want this guy to plan your wedding. He'll be like, "Don't put the food tables here, it's a chokepoint and there's 2 Sniper posts watching it"

  • man this is some serious shit

  • invisible soldiers on the left in the beginning

  • lolz teh epic srezizbuzzness

  • yes

  • This is SO Serious!

  • umad? :D

  • Why SO Serious

  • overly serious video is overly serious

  • LOOOL!

With your voice, the music and these fucking instructions TF2 looks like WAR

  • @Megarith123 BECAUSE IT IS!

  • i have a raging case of fire sack

  • well i got a complain when i tele them to one strong side instead of facing all the strong points.

  • If you are a TF2 noob hese videos will turn you into a pro in no time.

  • niec

  • Lol at the narration.

Team Fortress 2 is SERIOUS BUSINESS!

But this is still all very good advice, keep up the good work.

  • So many engineers need to see this stuff. In 2Fort, I make a sentry/teleporter/dispencer combo in the enemy sewers.

  • the fire sack and angle of attack tip is extremely useful. thanks for the tip!

  • very detailed tutorial... covering up all the basics, teaching the flaws, this deserves more views.

  • you mentioned nothing about turning the teleporters so the person that comes out of it won't be facing the wall or the wrong way. More people need to know how to turn buildings

  • this is the kind of channel i love to subscribe:

    - very smart

    - drawings ( it's the best way to learn) AWESOME ilustrations

    - nice narrator

    i'm glad i subscribed you

  • this would work very well if most people in tf2 werent so stupid

  • Narrator sounds like history channel. Nice illustrations!

  • I did not really like the narrator on this video.

On a more relevant note, on CP_Fright I've built a teleporter back near the enemy's first cap when they had the middle. Just after i finished we capped the middle and reinforcements proceeded to cap every point thereafter.

  • It's more of Team Engi 2. You can barely get anywhere without an engi.

  • Interlocking fields of fire FTW.

TF2 needs a 10th class, something like "The General" as someone with limited RTS abilities and can dole out rewards like reduced re-spawn times to those that follow his orders.

  • *Robot voice* Thanks For Watching.

  • tf2 IS SERIOUS BUSINESS!!

  • @hl2og Team Fortress 2 is really serious shit.

  • @hl2og hell yeah

  • @hl2og LOL

  • blue team failed cough..

  • 4:09

    Flying soldier is flying
